Responsibilities:

• Responsible in various human resources functions on factory, which include recruitment, staffing, training & Development, performance monitoring and employee counseling

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law, Management, Psychology or Industrial Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
• At least 2 to 4 years relevant experiences.
• Having experience in Industrial Relations and/or recruitment activities will be advantage
• Knowledge of ISO implementation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking & excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people.
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Expert user of MS Excell and numerically inclined.
• Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
